🎓 Job Opening: Kindergarten Teacher

About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate, creative, and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will create a warm, nurturing, and engaging environment where young learners can thrive emotionally, socially, and academically.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that meet educational standards

• Create a safe, caring, and stimulating classroom environment

• Foster a love for learning through play-based and interactive teaching methods

• Assess and document children’s progress and communicate effectively with parents

• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support school-wide initiatives

• Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (REQUIRED)

• Teaching certification/license (REQUIRED)

• Minimum 2 years of KG or early years teaching experience

• Native or fluent English speaker (instruction is in English)

• Strong communication, classroom management, and organizational skills

• Culturally sensitive, flexible, and enthusiastic about living and working in Kuwait

Preferred:

• Experience in international or bilingual schools

• Familiarity with EYFS, Reggio Emilia, or similar early childhood frameworks

• First Aid/CPR certification
