About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate, creative, and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will create a warm, nurturing, and engaging environment where young learners can thrive emotionally, socially, and academically.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that meet educational standards
Create a safe, caring, and stimulating classroom environment
Foster a love for learning through play-based and interactive teaching methods
Assess and document children’s progress and communicate effectively with parents
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support school-wide initiatives
Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (REQUIRED)
Teaching certification/license (REQUIRED)
Minimum 2 years of KG or early years teaching experience
Native or fluent English speaker (instruction is in English)
Strong communication, classroom management, and organizational skills
Culturally sensitive, flexible, and enthusiastic about living and working in Kuwait
Preferred:
Experience in international or bilingual schools
Familiarity with EYFS, Reggio Emilia, or similar early childhood frameworks
First Aid/CPR certification
