Job Title: SPEA Approved Science Teacher

Location: Sharjah, United Arab Emirates
Start Date: August or September 2025 (Immediate Joiners Strongly Preferred)
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established private school in Sharjah, which is now seeking to appoint a SPEA Approved Science Teacher to join their team for the upcoming academic year. The school leadership has clearly stated that priority will be given to candidates who can start immediately or no later than August/September 2025.

The school offers a supportive teaching environment, strong leadership, and a focus on academic excellence, innovation, and student well-being. They follow an international curriculum and are looking for someone who is passionate, proactive, and dedicated to delivering quality science education.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science or a related subject (Master’s preferred).

  • A valid teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent).

  • SPEA approval as a Science Teacher is mandatory.

  • At least 2 years of relevant teaching experience (preferably in the UAE or an international school setting).

  • Candidates with UAE TLS (Teaching License System) will have an advantage.

  • Must be available to join immediately or by August/September 2025 at the latest.

  • Strong classroom management, planning, and communication skills.

Role Expectations:

  • Plan and deliver engaging science lessons aligned with curriculum standards.

  • Assess and track student progress effectively.

  • Encourage inquiry-based learning and scientific thinking.

  • Contribute to curriculum development and school improvement initiatives.

  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

  • Participate in school events, meetings, and CPD programs.
