I am currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established international school in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The school has asked me to find a qualified and experienced Chemistry Teacher who can join either immediately or by August/September 2025. The leadership team has made it clear that they do not wait for candidates — priority will be given to those who are available to start without delay.

The school follows a high-standard curriculum and is looking for someone who is not only passionate about teaching Chemistry but is also approved by KHDA, ADEK, or SPEA. Candidates who hold a UAE Teaching License (TLS) will have a distinct advantage.

Candidate Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a closely related subject (Master’s preferred).

  • A valid teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent).

  • Approval from KHDA, ADEK, or SPEA is essential.

  • UAE TLS is a strong plus.

  • Minimum 2 years of Chemistry teaching experience, preferably in an international or UAE school setting.

  • Must be ready to join in August/September 2025 or sooner – the school will prioritize candidates who can start immediately.

Role Expectations:

  • Deliver engaging and student-centered Chemistry lessons aligned with the school curriculum.

  • Prepare students for internal and external exams such as IGCSE, A-Level, or equivalent.

  • Collaborate with the Science Department on curriculum and lesson planning.

  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and motivating classroom environment.

  • Communicate regularly with students, parents, and school leadership regarding progress and goals.

  • Attend staff meetings, school events, and ongoing professional development.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Competitive tax-free monthly salary

  • Housing allowance or furnished accommodation

  • Annual flight allowance
