About the Role:

Our client, a reputable international school in the UAE, is seeking a passionate and supportive Teaching Assistant to join their educational team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about working with children, supporting high-quality learning, and contributing to a positive school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the lead teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons

• Assist students in and out of the classroom with academic and emotional needs

• Help prepare classroom materials and resources

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized learning environment

• Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and parents

• Supervise children during lunch, playtime, and school events

• Provide one-on-one or small group support where needed

• Help manage classroom behaviour and reinforce school expectations

Requirements:

• Minimum of a High School Diploma; Diploma or Degree in Education or related field preferred

• At least 1 year of experience working with children in a school or nursery setting

• Good level of English (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus

• Basic understanding of child development and classroom dynamics

• Professional, patient, and nurturing attitude

• Must be already based in the UAE or have transferable visa
