About the Role:
Our client, a reputable international school in the UAE, is seeking a passionate and supportive Teaching Assistant to join their educational team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about working with children, supporting high-quality learning, and contributing to a positive school environment.
Support the lead teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons
Assist students in and out of the classroom with academic and emotional needs
Help prepare classroom materials and resources
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized learning environment
Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
Supervise children during lunch, playtime, and school events
Provide one-on-one or small group support where needed
Help manage classroom behaviour and reinforce school expectations
Minimum of a High School Diploma; Diploma or Degree in Education or related field preferred
At least 1 year of experience working with children in a school or nursery setting
Good level of English (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus
Basic understanding of child development and classroom dynamics
Professional, patient, and nurturing attitude
Must be already based in the UAE or have transferable visa
Competitive salary of up to AED 4,000/month (inclusive of all allowances)
