  ✅ 5+ years teaching, 2+ years leadership
  ✅ Experience with IB, UK, or US Secondary curricula
  ✅ Strategic leadership and problem-solving skills

✅ Whole School Principal

• Provide overall vision and leadership, ensure excellence across departments, manage staff development, and liaise with parents and community.
  Requirements:
  ✅ Master’s in Educational Leadership/Administration
  ✅ 7+ years teaching, 3+ years senior leadership
  ✅ Proven experience with IB, UK, or US curricula
