We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and manage all aspects of our HR operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing strategic initiatives, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring HR practices align with both local regulations and the school's values.
Lead and oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with Qatari labor law and school objectives.
Partner with school leadership to support workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
Coordinate staff professional development and training programs.
Ensure timely and accurate HR reporting and documentation.
Manage employee welfare, grievance procedures, and disciplinary processes professionally and empathetically.
Oversee HR systems and ensure data integrity.
Support staff wellbeing initiatives and maintain high levels of staff engagement and retention.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certifications such as CIPD preferred).
Minimum 5–7 years of HR management experience, preferably in an educational or international setting.
Strong understanding of Qatari labor laws and HR best practices.
Proven experience in talent acquisition and HR strategy implementation.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with discretion and professionalism.
Competitive Salary: Up to QAR 25,000/month (based on experience and qualifications)
