Position: Head of English Department (Male) – International Boys' High School

We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and qualified Head of English Department to join a prestigious international boys' high school in Saudi Arabia. As Head of Department, you will lead the English faculty in delivering a robust and engaging curriculum aligned with international standards. Your role will focus on curriculum development, teacher mentoring, and driving academic achievement across all year levels in the high school section.
Lead the English department with a clear vision and strategic planning
Mentor and support teaching staff through regular coaching and evaluation
Ensure high-quality curriculum delivery across high school grade levels
Use data-driven approaches to monitor and improve student outcomes
Collaborate with school leadership to achieve institutional goals
Male (required for placement in the boys' section per local guidelines)
Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
PGCE, QTS, or equivalent teaching qualification
Minimum 5 years of teaching experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Experience with international curricula (British, American, or IB)
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Tax-Free Monthly Salary: 18,000–22,000 SAR (based on experience and qualifications)
