If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our prestigious American curriculum school in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, as a SEN Coordinator.
 
As a SEN Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in championing inclusive education and ensuring that every student receives the support they need to thrive. You will work closely with teachers, parents, and external professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and implement effective strategies to meet the diverse needs of our students.
 
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Develop and implement inclusive education policies and practices
🔹 Collaborate with teachers to create differentiated learning experiences
🔹 Conduct assessments and screenings to identify students with SEN
🔹 Coordinate with external agencies and specialists to provide additional support services
🔹 Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
🔹 Provide training and support to staff on best practices for supporting students with SEN
🔹 Act as a liaison between parents, teachers, and administrators to ensure effective communication and collaboration
🔹 Stay up-to-date on current research and best practices in the field of special education
 
Academic Qualifications:
🔹 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field
🔹 Teaching license or certification in special education
🔹 Minimum of 3 years of experience working with students with SEN
🔹 Strong understanding of different learning needs and disabilities
🔹 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
