Educational Requirements
 
**Degree in Special Educational Needs

**Valid American Teaching License, PGCE with UK Qualified Teachers Status, Bachelors of Education or SACE

**A minimum of 2 years of relevant teaching experience
**Experience with the American Common Core Curriculum is a mandatory requirement

The Ideal Applicant
 
The ideal candidate will have experience of supporting students with a wide range of Special Educational Needs and have the ability to understand individual children’s specific needs. The teacher will be one with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and will display an ability to use initiative and problem solve. It will be essential to collaborate with various classroom teachers and other outside agencies to both define and plan appropriate schemes of work. The ideal candidate will have experience in behaviour management strategies and techniques and will also use assessment as a tool for monitoring individuals progress and to inform future planning.
 
Salary & Benefits:
 
**TAX-FREE  Salary of up to 14,000 AED a month 
(Approximately $3811 £2,900, €3,420)

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:
A salary up to 14,000 AED  AED (UAE Dirham) per month based on experience and qualification, TAX FREE
