A unique position has become available for a Career Counselor. My client is are looking for individuals who possess the ability to support their students in preparation for the working world. The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting young people while communicating honestly with students about their goals and ambitions. Counsellors will be expected to support individuals with CV writing, interview students to obtain employment history and career goals, and administer and interpret tests designed to determine the interests and abilities of the students. This is an OUTSTANDING opportunity if you want to explore a new destination to expand your career and make a real difference. It is important for you to know that students first language is Arabic and not English and so if you have experience of teaching ESL students or an experience of this nature, this will be highly valuable.
Salary and Benefits of Careers Counselor:
**Tax-Free Salary, 10,000 - 15,000 AED per month based on experience

The ideal candidate:
The ideal candidate will place a huge value on collaboration and teamwork. They will also have the ability to inspire students to become the best they can be with both effective guidance and role-modelling. Counsellors will be strong and personable communicators with excellent oral and written skills. Individuals must place emphasis on ethical behaviour and encourage their students to be LIFE-LONG LEARNERS.
Educational Requirements:
**Minimum Master Degree in Career Guidance, Counseling or related field
**Excellent oral and written English Skills
**Spoken and written Arabic helpful but not essential
**Experience in a relative field
