I'm seeking qualified Deputy Cluster Manager to join the team in the UAE. This is a FANTASTIC opportunity if you have over 3 year’s experience in a senior role within a School or College and have 5 years of experience teaching in school setup.

Job Description:

**Liaise with the Principal to ensure the resources available meet the programmes requirements, and
take immediate action should there be any issues that impact on the quality of teaching
**Monitor student attendance and take the necessary action as determined by the ASP policy on lateness and attendance
**Ensure academic excellence is maintained through observations and monitoring of ASP teaching staff.
**Develop training plans to ensure staff are regularly updated on the curriculum and other aspects of
the programme’s requirements
**Manage and control business risk
**Manage and control occupational and environmental health and safety
**Induct new staff into the programme

Job Requirements:

**A degree in a relevant subject area such as education, mathematics or a science-related subject
**IELTS 7 Academic for non-Native English speakers.
**Management and leadership skills including change management and business planning development and improvement.
**Mentoring and coaching skills
**Excellent interpersonal skills
**Able to monitor progress and adjust plans accordingly
**Organisational ability to work to tight deadlines
**Strong decision-making skills
**Excellent spoken and written communication skills
**IT skills including data analysis
**Commitment to continuing professional development
**UAE / Transferable driving license and willing to travel is a must

Salary & Benefits:

**TAX FREE Salary range AED 27000 - AED 30000 per month
**Medical (Spouse + 3 Children under the age of 18)
**VISA (teacher Only)
**Flight (Spouse + 3 Children under the age of 18)

Qualification:
Minimum Qualification Requirement: M.Ed, B.Ed or a relevant Bachelor's Degree with a Teaching Qualification
Experience:
5 Years

Must be western trained (USA, Canada, UK, Scotland, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand & South Africa)
Must be a native speaker of English
STRONG Newly Qualified Teachers (NQT's) can apply
Prefer candidates with international experience

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:
A salary from 27000 up to 30000  AED (UAE Dirham) per month based on experience and qualification, TAX FREE
Housing:
Housing allowance of Included in the Salary  AED (UAE Dirham) provided

Flights:
Flight(s) provided (Spouse + 3 Children under the age of 18)
Bereavement Leave:
