An ideal candidate should be:
- Fully qualified teacher with relevant degree + teaching qualification
- Native English speaker, due to client's requirement
- UK/IBDP experience preferred
- Minimum of 3 years teaching experience + 1 year in the leadership role for Head of EAL position
