Our client is a very popular private IB World School in Suzhou and is looking for Early Years Teachers for January and September start. The school offers International Baccalaureate Curriculum PYP & MYP programme for students from kindergarten to secondary aged 3-15, the senior school use Advanced Placement programme for student aged 16-18.
This school has a very modern and spacious campus with very well-equipped facilities, including climate control classrooms, Wi-Fi access throughout the campus, libraries, ICT centre, science labs, auditorium, art & design centre, gymnasium, tennis courts, indoor swimming pool and cafeteria.
The total number of pupils in the school is about 700+, 50% local students and 50% overseas students from 30 different countries and 18 nationalities. The total number of staff in the school are 70+ with majority 70% expatriate teachers and 30% non-expatriate teachers.
The teaching hour is 35-40 hour per week, 5 days a week. Paid holidays are usually 6-8 weeks per annum.

Suzhou is an ancient city with more than thousand years history, it has now become one of the major cities in China and economic zone. It is also famous of silk, handcrafts, beautiful ancient heritage bridges, waterside architectures and World Culture Heritage gardens. Suzhou also has high tech manufacturing city, many foreign companies invest in the city and many products ie computer equipment, material, automotive components and pharmaceuticals are manufactured in this wonderful city. From Suzhou, it only takes 1 hour to Shanghai via high speed train.
Must be western trained (USA, Canada, UK, Scotland, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand & South Africa)
Remuneration Package
Salary Range:
A salary from 19500 up to 25000
CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi) per month
based on experience and qualification,
15 % Tax is applied
Housing:
Housing allowance of CNY 3500 per month
CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi) provided
Medical:
State/Public medical provided
Flights:
CNY 10000 CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi)
Allowance is provided
