**Understand the UK curriculum and the developmental needs of primary students
**Strong ability to measure the essential elements of the curriculum by using a range of assessment strategies
**Monitor, assess and record each student’s learning progress and development
**Encourage students and build their esteem
**Communicate with parents and ensure they aware their child’s progress and development
**Ensure student's safety within the school area
**Ensure the learning materials are up-to-date
