A leading Early Childhood Nursery in Qatar is looking for a Nursery Manager to start in as soon as possible. To apply you need to have sound experience of Managing a Nursery in an UK EYFS setting. This is a leading brand of nurseries in the United Arab Emirates and so they are looking for candidates that have a proven track record of achieving success in a nursery setting of 75+ students.
We are ideally looking for someone who is a local hire. The nursery will be able to sponsor the candidate but no accommodation is provided, hence why this is suitable for a local hire candidate.
Requirements to apply are as follows:
**Degree in Early Childhood ideally with QTS or EYPS status
**Masters in Early Childhood
**At least 3 years sound management experience
**Be a native speaker of English and western trained but native French or Dutch speaking candidates are also considered as the nuresery caters for an international community of students
Salary Package
**Up to 20,000 QR per month TAX FREE
**Gratuity as per UAE labour law
**Rolling contract which is renewable on mutual agreement
Duties:
**Oversee Nursery policies and procedures, always looking to review and improve them for the nursery to successful operate
**Be responsible for the students data
**Be personable and be able to work well with staff and also build positive professional relaationships with parents
**Carry ou staff training for new staff hires
**Be involved with recruitment and retention of new staff
**Be a good team player
**Be able to market your nursery to ensre it is operating to its full potential
**Carry out online and offline marketing to keep parents up to date on new events and changes in the nursery
**Be able to work well with the Director of Nurseries and share good practise
**Ensure students have a safe learning environment at all times
**Be tech savvy and be able to use modern software and technology to raise efficiency in the nursery
**Ensure all students arrive and leave safely
**Report to the Director and Operations Manager
