English teaching Position
Teach English in the UAE
Our client is seeking an English teacher that is capable of teaching up to post 16 students. The candidate must be experienced in delivering the UK curriculum to students aged from 16-18. If the candidates Bachelors is in English this would be preferable but not mandatory. All applicants must be qualified from the UK and must be fully qualified with a PGCE or QTS. A minimum of 2 years teaching experience is needed in order to apply.

The school delivers the UK curriculum to a variety of nationalities from all around the world. Overall the school currently enrols around 1200 students with a total of 60 races. The majority of the students are local totalling around 70% of all students. On the other hand the teachers are majority western coming from mainly the UK, Ireland and Scotland, but there are also a lot of South Africans, Americans and Canadians. All the teachers are extremely professional and specialist in the subject. They are all pull together well to ensure the students have the best experience of school possible.
Teaching Responsibilities:
**Deliver a high level of the English curriculum to these international students
**Ensure you are giving the students a safe working area
**Ensure you challenge you students to make them progress their abilities
**Have a good lesson plan that clearly states what the children objectives are from the lesson
**Set and mark examination throughout the year to assess the development made by each student
**Make sure that all students are challenged
**Be a positive person that provides the pupils with a strong role model
