Our client is a newly established private school in Tashkent, dedicated to delivering a high-quality, child-centered education based on the UK Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. The school's mission is to create a nurturing, stimulating, and inclusive environment where young learners can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
 
SeekTeachers is seeking an experienced and passionate Kindergarten Teacher to join their founding team. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping our Early Years provision and fostering a love of learning in our youngest students.
 
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons in line with the EYFS or UK curriculum
- Create a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Observe, assess, and record student progress, providing regular feedback to parents
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and enhance the Early Years programme
- Contribute to the wider school community and participate in school events
 
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Minimum of 4–5 years’ experience teaching EYFS or UK curriculum
- Strong understanding of child development and early learning strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A nurturing and enthusiastic approach to teaching young children
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)

Qualification:
Minimum Qualification Requirement: M.Ed, B.Ed or a relevant Bachelor's Degree with a Teaching Qualification
Experience:
5 Years

Must be western trained (USA, Canada, UK, Scotland, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand & South Africa)
Must be a native speaker of English
Prefer candidates with international experience
Teachers with a degree but no teaching qualification are NOT accepted
Experienced teachers with no qualification are NOT accepted
Non-western trained teachers who have worked in an international educational institute before are NOT accepted

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:
A salary from 3,000 up to 4,200  USD (U.S. Dollar) per month based on experience and qualification, 12% Tax is applied
