SEN Teacher – Immediate Start

An established and rapidly expanding IB World School in Dubai is seeking a qualified and experienced SEN Teacher to join their team for an immediate start.
The Role
The successful candidate will support students with special educational needs across the school, working closely with class teachers, parents, and specialist staff to ensure inclusive, high-quality learning in line with IB philosophy and best practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and support students with a range of additional learning needs
- Plan and deliver targeted interventions and individualized learning plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers to promote inclusive classroom strategies
- Monitor, assess, and report on student progress
- Engage positively with parents and external professionals
- Contribute to the school’s SEN and inclusion policies
Requirements
*Bachelor’s degree in Education or Special Educational Needs (or related field)
*Recognised teaching qualification
*Proven experience working as an SEN Teacher (IB experience preferred)
*Strong knowledge of inclusive education and differentiation strategies
*Excellent communication and collaboration skills
*All documents must be attested (degree certificates, teaching qualification, transcripts) to be considered
*Available for immediate start
