We’re seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable English Teacher to join our American curriculum school in Kuwait. This is an excellent opportunity for an educator who enjoys cultivating strong literacy skills and inspiring students to think creatively and critically.

Role Summary
As an English Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver English Language Arts lessons based on American curriculum standards

• Strengthen students’ skills in reading, writing, grammar, and vocabulary

• Use varied instructional methods to meet the needs of all learners

• Assess progress and provide constructive, timely feedback

• Maintain open communication with parents and collaborate with the teaching team

• Take part in school activities, PD sessions, and curriculum development

Ideal Candidate

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in English, Education, or a closely related field

• Valid teaching license/certification (required)

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience teaching English within an American curriculum setting

• Excellent command of English and strong communication skills

• Confident classroom management abilities

• Willingness to relocate and settle into life in Kuwait

Preferred:

• Experience teaching middle or high school English

• Knowledge of Common Core standards

• First Aid/CPR certification
