Our client is opening a brand-new international school in Hong Kong in August 2026, and we’re looking for dynamic, enthusiastic, and forward-thinking PYP Teachers (Grades 1-3) to join their team from the very start!
This is a unique opportunity to be part of something from the ground up. The school is built on a vision of nurturing global citizens through a student-centered, inquiry-based approach. In the first year, the school will welcome Year 1-3 students, with 4-5 vibrant classes ready to engage in a rich, diverse learning environment. As a key member of their founding team, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the culture and direction of the school, develop cutting-edge programs, and work alongside talented educators from around the world.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking dedicated, creative, and adaptable teachers who are passionate about working with young children and implementing the PYP curriculum. As a founding member of the team, you’ll help to establish astrong foundation for the future of the school.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a recognized teaching qualification and experience teaching PYP or inquiry-based learning at the Primary Years level.
- xperience teaching Grades 1-3, with an understanding of the developmental needs and interests of young learners.
- Be a collaborative, flexible, and reflective educator who thrives in a dynamic, evolving school environment.
- luency in English (additional proficiency in Mandarin is a bonus, but not essential).
- Demonstrate a passion for fostering creativity, critical thinking, and a love for learning in young minds.
- Be committed to building an inclusive, supportive, and engaging classroom environment.
