Early Years Teacher Positions – Qatar – August 2026 Start

We are recruiting Early Years Teachers for top international schools across Qatar. These schools follow globally recognized curricula such as IB PYP, UK National Curriculum, and US Common Core, providing a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment with a supportive expat community and excellent professional development opportunities.

✅ Available Roles & Responsibilities

Nursery Teacher (ages 2–3)

  • Deliver nurturing care and early learning experiences

  • Support social, emotional, and cognitive development

  • Plan play-based activities to foster curiosity and exploration

Pre-School Teacher (ages 3–4)

  • Teach foundational literacy, numeracy, and language skills

  • Develop creative and social learning through guided play

  • Monitor children’s developmental progress and communicate with parents

Kindergarten (KG) Teacher (ages 4–5)

  • Prepare children for formal schooling through structured learning

  • Develop early literacy, numeracy, and problem-solving skills

  • Promote independence, confidence, and positive behavior

Reception Teacher (ages 4–5, EYFS)

  • Follow EYFS curriculum to develop literacy, numeracy, and social skills

  • Encourage exploration, play, and creative learning

  • Track progress and provide feedback to parents and school leadership


🎓 Requirements for All Roles

  • Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) in Early Childhood or related field

  • Recognized teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or US Teaching License)

  • Minimum 2 years teaching experience preferred

  • Experience with IB PYP, UK, or US Early Years curriculum is an advantage
