Role Overview:
The school is urgently seeking a talented and dedicated Secondary Maths Teacher to join their experienced teaching team. The successful candidate will teach Key Stage 3 to A Level Mathematics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality Mathematics lessons in line with the English National Curriculum and Cambridge International Examinations (IGCSE/A Level).
- Use a range of strategies to motivate and challenge students of varying abilities.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support whole-school initiatives and continuous improvement.
- Engage actively in the school’s co-curricular life and professional development programme.
Candidate Requirements:
*A recognised teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, BEd, or equivalent).
*A degree in Mathematics or a closely related field.
*Minimum 2 years of experience teaching Maths within a British curriculum setting.
*Experience with IGCSE and/or A Level Mathematics is highly desirable.
*Passion for Maths and the ability to inspire students through engaging teaching.
*Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
*EU citizenship or existing right to work in Romania is an advantage.
