Nursery Nurse - UAE
 

My client operates as a prestigious educational institution dedicated to providing exceptional early childhood education in Dubai. Committed to nurturing and empowering young minds, my client aims to create a supportive and dynamic environment where children can thrive, learn, and grow.
 
We are currently looking for enthusiastic and experienced Nursery Teachers to join our client's team. As integral members of our educational community, you will play a crucial role in shaping the development of our young learners. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about early childhood education, possess strong teaching skills, and can build meaningful connections with children.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans to promote intellectual, physical, social, and emotional growth.
  • Foster creativity through engaging activities that encourage critical thinking and problem-solving.
  • Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment conducive to learning.
  • Conduct ongoing assessments to monitor each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development.
  • Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress and areas for improvement.
  • Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events as required.
 
Requirements:
  • Cache L3 or higher OR a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience as a Nursery Teacher or in a similar role.
  • Thorough understanding of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues.
  • Patient demeanor and a genuine passion for teaching young children.
  • Previous experience teaching in a nursery in the UAE preferred.
  • Adaptability to the working culture in the UAE.
