Responsibilities:

Observe classes and provide constructive feedback to teachers

Support effective curriculum planning and instructional strategies

Motivate and mentor teachers for professional growth

Coordinate examination preparation and analysis of results

Contribute to whole school improvement initiatives
Liaise with parents on matters related to the faculty
Requirements to APPLY

Master's degree in Education
-
5+ years teaching experience plus 2+ years in a leadership role

Deep knowledge of UK curriculum standards

Experience coaching and developing teachers

Strong communication, collaboration and organizational skills
