The school also delivers the IB curriculum to mainly Emirati students.  If you have experience of the USA Common Core and have worked with non-native students, then send me your CV.

My client is located in the emirate of Sharjah which is about 20 minutes away from Dubai. It is a purpose built building for local Emirati students to obtain the highest quality of education to go onto further education or into the professional working field. Teachers are hide from expat countries such as USA, Canada, UK, island, South Africa, Australia, NZ. Teachers from other countries with an ielts score of academic level 7 can also be considered for this school. The school has excellent facilities which will include an auditorium, indoor gymnasium, indoor swimming pool, tennis courts, custom built labs and more. The housing is located walking distance from the school but we do recommend that you hire or rent a car to be able to commute around their area.
 
Interviews will be done online and if you are shortlisted then we can help you secure a position for August 2023 . As a teacher of English will be required to deliver at middle and high school level and ideally no the USA Common Core or the IB language programmes . You should also have excellent classroom management and to make your lessons fun and engaging for the students using 21st century teaching styles

Requirements to Apply
  1. Degree in English language or literature (Mandatory)
  2. A valid state teaching license in English
  3. At minnimum 2 years of teaching experience
  4. Western trained
  5. Experience of the USA Common Core or IB MYP/DP is HIGHLY desirable
  6. A good team player
  7. Up to date with modern teaching methods
Salary Package
  1. Salary range, dependent upon years of experience and qualification: AED 12,100 to 16,200 per month

**Experience of the IB Curriculum is beneficial but not essential as training will be given
**Experience of USA Curriculum such as American Harcourt, AP and Common Core is highly valued
**It will be beneficial to your application if you have experience of working in the Middle East or with non-native speakers of English

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:
A salary from 12,100 up to 16,200  AED (UAE Dirham) per month based on experience and qualification, TAX FREE
