The Principal takes overall responsibility for the management and leadership of the school and reports to the senior management for the delivery of education, use of all funds and resources made available to the school, and the proper exercise of the financial, contractual and other responsibilities and authority delegated.
Requirements:
• Recent Health & Safety training.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role, plus 6 years experience as a teacher.
• Significant leadership experience with demonstrable outcomes.
• Ability to work as part of a team and to build high-performing teams.
• High-level interpersonal skills and excellent emotional intelligence.
• Ability to solve problems, make decisions and resolve conflict.
• Ability to communicate with a range of staff, students, parents and other stakeholders.
