Description

SeekTeachers is urgently seeking for an exprienced ICT & Design Teacher on behalf of our clients in Hong Kong. If you are still looking for an international teaching position this August/September, don't miss this great opportunity!!
 
Requirements to apply:
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject 
- A valid teaching qualification 
- Have a min 2 years of teaching experience 
- An English native speaker 
- Experience in teaching IGCE/IBDP programme is highly desirable 
 
Our client offers an English medium curriculum for all children from the age of 3 to 18 following the British National Curriculum and IBDP programme. The school has a purpose built campus located in the Eastern District of Hong Kong and has been established for almost 30 years. 
 
Our client offers a one year contract (renewable subject to mutual agreement), together with the following benefits:
- A competitive monthly salary
- A 5% gratuity is paid on top of the monthly salary 
- Tuition allowance (negotiable)
- Medical insurance 
- Visa 
 
*Please note that the applicant needs to have a valid tourist visa/passport with at least 21 days. The candidate would need to be quarantined for 21 days once arrival due to the current travel regulations in Hong Kong.

Minimum Application Requirements

Qualification:
Minimum Qualification Requirement: M.Ed, B.Ed or a relevant Bachelor's Degree with a Teaching Qualification
Experience:
2 Years

Must be western trained (USA, Canada, UK, Scotland, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand & South Africa)
Must be a native speaker of English
Prefer candidates with international experience
Teachers with a degree but no teaching qualification are NOT accepted
Experienced teachers with no qualification are NOT accepted
Non-western trained teachers who have worked in an international educational institute before are NOT accepted

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:
A salary   HKD (Hong Kong Dollar) per month based on experience and qualification, 2-6% Tax is applied
Medical:
State/Public medical provided
Flights:
 HKD (Hong Kong Dollar) Allowance is provided
Bereavement Leave:
Bereavement leave given
Emergency Evacuation:
Emergency evacuation given
Contract Length:
