 The Ideal Applicant

 The Ideal applicant will set high expectations for their students and promote health and wellbeing by role-modelling a healthy lifestyle. The teacher will be able to make suitable adaptations to lesson plans to suit the ability/age and will encourage participation from all students. P.E teachers will serve as excellent role models for their students and demonstrate a positive attitude and a keen passion for health and wellbeing. As part of the Physical Education Team, teachers will be expected to communicate effective teaching strategies and lesson plans to other members of their team to support professional development and add to an ever-growing curriculum.

Educational Requirements

**Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant subject Area (e.g., Physical Education. Sports Science, Sports Coaching, Sports management)

**Valid American Teaching License, PGCE with UK Qualified Teachers Status, Bachelor of Education or SACE Certification

**A minimum of 2 years of relevant teaching experience

**A minimum of two years teaching experience
