TThe Ideal Candidate:
 
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supporting YOUNG MINDS. They will have the ability to implement a variety of teaching styles and possess a CAN-DO attitude. The ideal candidate will also have experience in providing children with a wealth of experiences and understand the importance of PROJECT BASED LEARNING. Early Years teachers will possess the ability to develop a fantastic rapport with not only their class but the whole school and the wider community. The ideal candidate will also possess an engaging and warm personality and will deliver a range of different learning opportunities to stimulate and engage their students. This teaching style will be delivered with a personable approach and the teacher will take care and consideration in moving all their learners forward.

Educational Requirements:

**Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education, Primary Education, Childhood Development, Education, or relative field

**PGCE w/ Qualified Teachers Status. U.S Teaching License, Bachelor of Education and/or SACE Certification

Desirable;

**2 years teaching experience
