The Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will be both personable and have excellent communication skills. The Ideal Candidate will demonstrate EXCELLENT Leadership qualities as well as a knowledge of Early Childhood Development. The suitable candidate will also provide highly engaging lessons with the use of incredible well-resourced classrooms. The Head of Early Years will have the ability to provide their students with well-resourced lessons and promote every child's right to learn by creating a warm but challenging environment for the children. The ideal applicant will have ambitions of providing the highest quality lessons within their specific field. Teachers will not only be expected to develop a fantastic rapport with their class but the whole school and the wider community.

Educational Requirements:

**Bachelor's Degree in Early Years, Kindergarten, Primary, Elementary, Childhood Development or relative field

**PGCE, Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), American Teaching License, SACE Certification etc.
