Salary and Bonus
**TAX-FREE Monthly salary is 21,000 AED Per Month
**FREE Medical insurance for the teacher, spouse and up to 3 children
**FREE flights for the teacher, spouse and up to 3 children under 18 of age
**FREE visa for the teacher only (Teacher can sponsor family)
**Gratuity bonus upon completion of the contract
**Vacation as per the school academic calendar
**Two years contract renewable
The Ideal Candidates
The ideal candidates will possess the ability to engage students with well- resourced lessons and have the ability to put their chosen subject area int into a real-life context. The teacher will use his/her assessment as a tool to progress their students understanding and attainment. Teachers will work cooperatively with other members of their team and will have confidence in working alongside Lead Teachers to contribute to an ever improving and developing curriculum. the relevant candidate will also possess a proven track record with regard to both high-quality teaching and assessment in their selected area. Highly developed classroom management and effective role modelling skills are also key in this role as the school aim to promote professionalism to the students.
Education Requirements
**Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant subject area (Master's Degree would certainly be seen as a BONUS)
**PGCE or other Qualified Teacher Status
**Excellent oral and written English skills
**2 Years or more teaching experience in the selected field
