Teach English in Samarinda and enjoy life in a city known as the “jewel by the sea”. Samarinda is the capital of the Indonesian province of East Kalimantan on the island of Borneo.
ESL Teachers Responsibilities:
-
Planning and delivering lessons to children aged 3-18 in groups up to 16 students
-
Using electronic media to teach English efficiently and effectively
-
Evaluating student progress and providing ongoing guidance for improvement to both students and their parents

Assigning and evaluating out of class exercises
-
Participating in social activities with students organized by your school to encourage oral English proficiency

Ensuring the maximum opportunity for young people to prepare for pathways into
-
further learning, training or employment
-
Supporting partnership events with key stakeholders including students, parents, employers, schools, further and higher education establishments
One of the largest mosques in Southeast Asia can be found in Samarinda. Boasting four startlingly missile-like minarets, this house of worship enjoys the highest point in the city. Head to the top of the main tower for serene views of Samarinda and the surrounding Kalimantan jungle.
English Teachers Requirments:

Accredited English Language Certification or any of the following qualifications: - TEFL-TESOL-CELTA-DELTA

Non-western trained teachers who have international education experience international educational institute before are accepted
