ESL Teacher Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree

Accredited English Language Certification or the following qualifications: TEFL-TESOL-CELTA-DELTA (TEFL sponsorship available)

Must have a clear background check record

Must have the ability to live abroad for at least a year.
Job Description of an ESL Tutor:
-
Working with children ranged 3-7
-
Greeting children and parents are the door
-
Lead English lessons during scheduled times
-
Maintain good relationships with parents and keep them well informed about their student’s progress.

Maintain an excellent relationship with all staff members
English Teacher Package:

14k per month

5k air ticket reimbursement

Must be a native speaker of English
Newly Qualified Teachers are NOT considered
A Newly Qualified Teachers program is provided
Prefer candidates with international experience
Open University qualification(s) are accepted
Teachers with a degree but no teaching qualification are accepted
Experienced teachers with no qualification are NOT accepted
Non-western trained teachers who have international education experience international educational institute before are accepted
Remuneration Package
Salary Range:
A salary from 14,000 up to 14,000
CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi) per month
based on experience and qualification,
15-20% Tax is applied
Housing:
Housing allowance of 4,000
CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi) provided
Flights:
5,000 air ticket reimbursement CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi)
Allowance is provided
Bereavement Leave:
Bereavement leave given
Emergency Evacuation:
Emergency evacuation given
Contract Length:
1 year contract renewable on mutual agreement
