Key Stage 2 Teacher | Teaching job in Cairo | ASAP start 
 
SeekTeachers is looking for a Key Stage 2 teacher to join our client team immediately
 
The school offers education following the UK National Curriculum and International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) to 1200 students in the school. Students are consisted of 70% Egyptian students and 30% expatriate students with over 30 nationalities aged between 5-17 years old.

Job duties:
**Apply various teaching techniques to ensure the lesson is fun and interesting 
**Plan, prepare and deliver lesson according to the syllabus 
**Be able to deliver lessons through interactive whiteboards and information technology
**Assess student learning development and ensure parents are aware of it
**Set a good example to students 
**Set and mark homework and test 
**Provide support to student in their English language skills 
**Be able to control the classroom discipline and monitor student behaviour
**Carry out the tasks given by the head of department 
**Ensure student safety during the lesson and within the school environment

Minimum Application Requirements

Qualification:
Minimum Qualification Requirement: M.Ed, B.Ed or a relevant Bachelor's Degree with a Teaching Qualification
Experience:
2 Years
Type of Staff:

Must be western trained (USA, Canada, UK, Scotland, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand & South Africa)
Must be a native speaker of English
Prefer candidates with international experience
Teachers with a degree but no teaching qualification are NOT accepted
Experienced teachers with no qualification are NOT accepted
Non-western trained teachers who have worked in an international educational institute before are NOT accepted

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:
A salary from 18,000 up to 23,000  GBP (British Pound) per annum based on experience and qualification, TAX FREE
Housing:
Housing allowance of 5,000 EGP  GBP (British Pound) provided
