Description

SeekTeachers is leading international recruitment agency that is looking for a male or female Business Economics teacher to join its team from August 2014. You need to be teacher that is passionate about teaching Business and Economics and ideally have experience of delivering this in an IB setting.
 
Salary Package is
**Up to 14,800AED per month TAX FREE
**FREE fully furnished accommodation which is located fairly centrally with many facilities close by
**FREE annual flights for the teacher
**FREE visa and residency cover
**FREE local medical cover
**FREE baggage allowance up to 1800 AED, claimable on actual receipt
**FREE utility allowance of 500 AED per month
**FREE tuition for up to 2 children at the school
**Gratuity bonus as per the UAE labour law
**A 2 year contract that is renewable on mutual agreement
 
We are looking for teachers that:
**Have a genuine passion for teaching Business Management and Economics
**Can adapt lesson to meet the needs of various abilities of students
**Assess students on an ongoing basis and also make sure that the reports are kept up to date
**Attend parent’s evenings
**Promote and enquiry based learning model for students to become inquisitive
**Are culturally aware to meet the needs of your students and make the learning relative
**Are good at time keeping
**Have excellent classroom management skills to relate to your students and make the learning fun
**Uphold the values of the schools ethos and mission statement
**Have the energy, drive and determination to move this department further forward
**Be dynamic and willing to innovate to advance student engagement and achievement
**Have strong interpersonal skills that create an engaging and safe learning environment for students
**Promote the values of business and economics by putting up students work and having engaging class displays

Minimum Application Requirements

Qualification:
Minimum Qualification Requirement: M.Ed, B.Ed or a relevant Bachelor's Degree with a Teaching Qualification
Experience:
2 Years
Type of Staff:
Male or Female can apply to this job
Must be western trained (USA, Canada, UK, Scotland, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand & South Africa)
Must be a native speaker of English
Newly Qualified Teachers are NOT considered
Prefer candidates with international experience
Additional:
**Experience of the IB Curriculum is beneficial but not essential as training will be given
**Should have good knowledge of IB Learner profiles
**Degree should ideally be in Business Studies or Economics

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:
A salary from 12000 up to 14800   AED (UAE Dirham) per month based on experience and qualification, TAX FREE

500AED per month
