SeekTeachers is recruiting for Head of KG who has an experienced track record of achieveing success. The school is an all girls school located in Qatar and follows the UK National Curriculum. It has mainly Islamic values and ethos so if you have worked in such environment it would be beneficial.
Salary Package
**Up to 21,000QR per month TAX FREE
**FREE accommodation allowance u to 8500QR per month for family and 5500QR for single
**FREE Utilities allowance of QAR 300 for singles and QAR 500 for families
**FREE Annual return ticket allowance to staff and 1 nominated dependent
**FREE Baggage allowance of/ upto QAR 1000 upon submission of original receipt (joining time only)
**FREE Medical insurance to staff and 1 nominated dependent
**FREE 100% concession on 1 child tuition fees within the schools (depends on availability of seats)
**FREE visa cover for employee and 1 nominated spouse
**Gratuity as per UAE labour law
**Rolling contract on mutual agreement
You need to have strong knowledge of the UK EYFS and ideally experience of working in the Middle East before. We are looking for a committed leader who has a sound and stable career recor showing little movement on the CV
Requirements:
**Degree in Early Childhood
**Ideally a Master in Early Childhood
**At least 3 years of full time experience
**Be a native speaker of English. Being able to speak Arabic is beneficial but not essential
**Be up to date with modern teaching practises
**Have strong leadership skills
**Be an effective communicator
