SeekTeachers is on the lookout for a professional and outgoing Art Teacher to come to Qatar and implement the national curriculum of England and Wales to Key Stage 3,4 and 5 students. The ideal candidate should have experience of delivering all levels Art and would be highly preferred if they have taught internationally prior to this vacancy. All candidates applying for this job must have a minimum of two years teaching experience and highly preferred if they have experience of working with Arabic students. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelors degree in Art plus a teaching qualification. Interviews will be conducted Via Skype on face to face if you are already in Qatar.
 
Art Teaching Duties:
**Ideally be able to teach IGCSE and a-level Art
**Use a variety of teaching styles to meet the needs of your students
**You should always remain a positive attitude to work and ensure that the children have a strong role model
**Keep professional whilst on the school campus and always provide children with support
**Ensure you are delivering engaging lesson that ensure that all students are taking part
**You will be required to provide feedback to the parents of each student and explain strengths and weaknesses and how they can improve
 
The school is extremely known in the capital of Qatar for its amazing growth throughout its years of being in Doha. The schools numbers have doubled in the last 7 years from 1000 to just under 2000 students today. The majority of students are local Arabic students but there is a small amount of expat students also. Each classroom will consist of around 20-30 students.
 
Qatar is the richest country in the world right now. The country has been described by expats as a construction site as everywhere you look there are new buildings poping up. Qatar is preparing for the 2022 world cup and as the 1st Arabic country to hold this HUGE event there are doing their best to ensure they do it with a bang.

Qualification:
Minimum Qualification Requirement: M.Ed, B.Ed or a relevant Bachelor's Degree with a Teaching Qualification
Experience:

Must be western trained (USA, Canada, UK, Scotland, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand & South Africa)
Must be a native speaker of English
Prefer candidates with international experience
Additional:
**Your degree should ideally be in line with your teaching subject

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:
A salary from 9000 up to 11000  QAR (Qatar Riyal) per month based on experience and qualification, TAX FREE
