SeekTeachers is recruiting for a experienced and enthusiastic Chemistry teacher to join our client in China. This position will be based in the busy and beautiful Shanghai.
This international school delivers the UK National curriculum to students from 14 to 18 year old. The whole school has over 300 Chinese students at present studying at Key Stage 4 & 5. The school is growing and expect to expand by 500 students by the next academic year. All the students in the
school are bright, discipline and keen to learn.
There are approximately 30 teaching staff in the school consist of 60% expatriates and 40% non-expatriates. All teaching staff are highly trained with excellent qualification.
Job descriptions:
**Having a general lesson plan for all lessons
**Teaching strictly to the CIE syllabus and to use the teaching material adopted by the school
**Established positive relationship with the parents to discuss student's progress
**Promoting and adhering to school policies
**Participate in and help organise extracurricular activities
**Recording student's attendance
**Provide guidance to students when necessary
**Work efficiently as a individual or part of a group
