Do you want to teach in the beautiful Nanjing?
 
Nanjing is the capital city of Jiangsu province. It name means "Southern Capital" with a population of 5 million people and an important centre for commerce and trade in Eastern China. Nanjing is an interesting city that has many historical sites that are under UNESCO World Heritage List combines with fast-rising skyscrapers.
 
This is an international baccalaureate (IB) school located in the city of Nanjing and have a brand new purpose built campus that will be launching later this year. The school caters for children from aged 3 to 11 years at present and is opening their secondary campus this August. The school is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Art teacher to join them in the next academic year.
 
An ideal candidate should be a qualified Art teacher with at least 2 years teaching experience, have a degree in Education/Art or relevant subject with teaching qualification, a native speaker of English with IB or international teaching experience is preferred.

Minimum Application Requirements

Qualification:
Minimum Qualification Requirement: M.Ed, B.Ed or a relevant Bachelor's Degree with a Teaching Qualification
Experience:
2 Years

Must be western trained (USA, Canada, UK, Scotland, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand & South Africa)
Must be a native speaker of English
Prefer candidates with international experience
Teachers with a degree but no teaching qualification are NOT accepted
Experienced teachers with no qualification are NOT accepted
Non-western trained teachers who have worked in an international educational institute before are NOT accepted

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:
A salary from 18,000 up to 24,000  CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi) per month based on experience and qualification, 10-25 % Tax is applied
Housing:
Housing allowance of 4000RMB  CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi) provided
Medical:
State/Public medical provided
Flights:
8,000RMB  CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi) Allowance is provided
Bereavement Leave:
Bereavement leave given
Emergency Evacuation:
Emergency evacuation given
Contract Length:
2 years contract renewable on mutual agreement
