If you are looking for a new challenge and would like to learn more about the Arabic culture then this could be a good opportunity for you to do so. All you will need are the below qualifications:
Full teaching licence from a western country A degree in mathematics would be highly preferred Must be a native speaker of English Must be good at communicating Good understanding of the culture is advised Must be enthusiastic and energetic
The school delivers the national curriculum of England and Wales so the candidate would be advised to have a good understanding of this. The school currently consists of just over 1200 students and a total of 150 teachers. The school is very multi-cultural and caters for over 50 different nationalities.
This institute is located just outside of the main city of Dubai but has continuous access to and from the city. It would take approximately 20 minutes for you to travel but is well worth it considering the shopping malls and amazing activities you can get stuck into.
Science teacher’s roles:
**Able to deliver the English curriculum up to A-Level
**Willing to assist with after school clubs and help the children test their abilities
**You should be able to build relationships with colleagues and children quickly so that you feel comfortable in your surroundings
**All teachers should be passionate towards teaching and have a desire for teaching international students
**Applicants should be able to plan lessons that include engaging activities involving the children
**Teachers will be required to have an on-going assessment for the children clearly showing improvements made throughout the year
