**Degree in Biology or Science
**A PGCE in Science holding QTS
**At least 2 years stable experience (full time employment preferred)
**MUST be a native speaker of English
**A level experience is essential
**Tech-savvy teachers with experience using technology in the classroom and using a VLE
Job Description
**Be able to plan and prepare Biology lessons at Key Stage 3 up to key Stage 5
**Create resources prior to your lesson and inform the Lab Technician so you are best prepared
**Differentiate your Biology lessons to make sure you include all students including: EAL, SEN and G&T
**Use the school monitoring system, to assess students on an on-going process and give them feedback
**Promote and enquiry based learning model
**Be prepared to go training courses
**Attend Science Department meetings
**Be an effective communicator
**Promote the school values and ethos
**Adapt to teaching in the UAE
**Have excellent classroom management skills
