Shanghai is one of the most dynamic cities in the world, blending modernity with traditional Chinese culture. It's a global financial hub and China's largest city by population. With a large expatriate population, Shanghai has a diverse, multicultural environment. International schools, restaurants, and social clubs make it easy for expats to settle in. While Mandarin is the official language, English is widely spoken in international schools, expat circles, and many service industries. Learning some basic Mandarin can be helpful and is often appreciated by locals. Overall, living and working in Shanghai provides a unique mix of professional growth, cultural experiences, and modern conveniences, making it an attractive destination for educators and their families.
Our client is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all the students in their care and expects all applicants to share this commitment.
