  • Support every child’s emotional, social, and developmental growth

  • Foster strong partnerships with families and teammates

  • Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inspiring space

✅ Who We’re Looking For:

You’re not just qualified — you’re motivated, kind, and full of energy. You love mud kitchens, storytelling under mango trees, and watching children grow through real-world experiences.

Essential:

  • CACHE Level 3 Diploma (or international equivalent in Early Childhood Education)

  • 2+ years experience with children aged 18 months–5 years

  • Sound knowledge of the EYFS

  • Fluent in English

  • A warm, supportive team that values you

  • Daily sunshine, farm animals, and meaningful work

  • Live and work in one of the world’s most beautiful island locations
