Position Overview:
The school is seeking a passionate and experienced Computer Science Teacher to join their secondary teaching team. The successful candidate will teach IGCSE and A Level Computer Science, contributing to the high academic standards and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Computer Science to students aged 14–18, focusing on the Cambridge IGCSE and A Level syllabuses.
- Develop and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons in line with the school's bilingual ethos.
- Assess and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and participate in school events and activities.
Candidate Requirements:
*A recognised teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, BEd or equivalent).
*A degree in Computing/Computer Science or a related field.
*Minimum 2 years of experience teaching IGCSE and A Level Computer Science.
*Experience in bilingual or international schools preferred.
*Candidates currently based in Hong Kong strongly preferred.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
