What You’ll Do as Academic Director:

Lead Academic Excellence: Drive the strategic vision for the school’s academic program, ensuring the highest standards of teaching and learning across all grade levels.

Curriculum Innovation: Lead the development and enhancement of the American curriculum, integrating innovative teaching methodologies, digital learning tools, and forward-thinking educational practices.

Job Requirements:

Master’s or Doctorate in Education or a related field.

5+ years of experience as an academic leader in an American curriculum school, with a proven track record of academic success.

Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and support a team of diverse educators.

Deep knowledge of the American education system and a passion for fostering a culture of academic excellence.

Strong experience in curriculum development, assessment, and educational innovation.
