What You’ll Do as Academic Director:

  • Lead Academic Excellence: Drive the strategic vision for the school’s academic program, ensuring the highest standards of teaching and learning across all grade levels.
  • Curriculum Innovation: Lead the development and enhancement of the American curriculum, integrating innovative teaching methodologies, digital learning tools, and forward-thinking educational practices.

Job Requirements:

  • Master’s or Doctorate in Education or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as an academic leader in an American curriculum school, with a proven track record of academic success.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and support a team of diverse educators.
  • Deep knowledge of the American education system and a passion for fostering a culture of academic excellence.
  • Strong experience in curriculum development, assessment, and educational innovation.
