We are recruiting experienced and qualified candidates for School Leadership roles for top international schools across Saudi Arabia that follow globally recognized curricula such as IB, UK National Curriculum, and US Common Core.

Short JD: Lead the Early Years / Kindergarten department, ensure curriculum delivery aligns with international early years standards, mentor teachers, manage daily operations, and create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.
Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or Early Years Leadership
✅ At least 5 years of teaching experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role
✅ Experience with IB PYP, UK EYFS, or similar international early years curricula
✅ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Short JD: Oversee the Primary department, ensure high-quality teaching and learning, support and develop teachers, monitor student progress, and maintain a positive and inclusive school culture.

Short JD: Lead the Secondary department, oversee curriculum delivery, track student outcomes, support teachers’ professional growth, and foster academic excellence and student engagement.
Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or relevant subject area
✅ At least 5 years of teaching experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role
✅ Experience with IB, UK, or US Secondary curriculum
✅ Strong strategic, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Short JD: Provide overall leadership and vision for the school, ensure excellence in teaching and learning across all departments, manage staff development, liaise with parents and the community, and uphold school standards and values.
Requirements:
✅ Master’s degree in Educational Leadership, Administration, or relevant field
