Here's what you'll do:
**Design engaging lesson plans that bring English to life for high school students.
**Create a supportive classroom environment where students feel comfortable to participate actively.
**Use fun and interactive teaching methods like group activities, debates, and multimedia resources.
**Offer personalized support to address each student's learning needs.
**Track student progress to ensure they're mastering the material.
**Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and participate in school events.
We're looking for someone who:
**Holds a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's a plus).
**Possesses a TEFL/TESOL certification (CELTA/DELTA preferred).
**Has experience teaching English as a second language to high schoolers.
**Has a strong understanding of English grammar and language acquisition.
**Communicates effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
**Appreciates Chinese culture and traditions (a plus!).
