Responsibilities:
**Lead Engaging English Classes:Guide students in public schools across Uzbekistan, with 20 hours of classroom instruction and 16 hours dedicated to extracurricular activities and lesson planning.
**Collaborate with Local Educators:** Partner effectively with assistant/co-teachers to ensure a supportive learning environment.
**Craft Compelling Lessons:** Develop and organize engaging teaching resources that foster interactive learning.* **Empower Local Teachers:Share your expertise by conducting workshops for local educators twice a year.
**Provide Meaningful Feedback:** Assess student work and offer constructive feedback to promote growth.
**Track Progress and Report Results:** Monitor student development and document their achievements at the end of each term.

Qualifications:
**Bachelor's Degree:Possess a bachelor's degree in English or a related field.
**Teaching Certification:Hold a recognized teaching qualification like CELTA, DELTA, TEFL (120 hours), or TESOL.
**Teaching Experience:Have at least one year of teaching experience (prior ESL experience a plus).
**English Language Mastery:Demonstrate proficiency in written and verbal English (applications from non-native speakers are welcome).
