ESL Teaching Position - Uzbekistan

Key Responsibilities:
 
**Deliver English classes in public schools across the Republic of Uzbekistan, totaling 20 hours per week, supplemented by an additional 16 hours for extracurricular activities and preparation.
**Collaborate effectively with assistant/co-teachers.
**Strategize and organize essential teaching resources for lessons.
**Facilitate workshops for local educators twice annually.
**Assess student assignments and provide constructive feedback.
**Monitor and document student progress at the conclusion of each academic term.
 
Compensation and Benefits:
 
**Competitive salary ranging from $1300 to $3000, commensurate with qualifications and experience (subject to a 12% tax rate).
**Complimentary accommodation provided.
**Fully covered flight expenses with a $1300 allowance.

Requirements:
 
**Mandatory possession of a bachelor's degree in English or a related discipline.
**Requirement for teaching credentials such as CELTA, DELTA, TEFL (120 hours), or TESOL.
**Minimum of one year of teaching experience.
**Proficient written and verbal English skills (applications from non-native speakers are also encouraged).

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:
