ESL Teacher - Uzbekistan

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting English classes in public schools across the Republic of Uzbekistan, totaling 20 hours per week, supplemented by an additional 16 hours for extracurricular activities and preparation.

Collaborating effectively with assistant/co-teachers.

Strategizing and organizing essential teaching resources for lessons.

Facilitating workshops for local educators twice annually.

Assessing student assignments and providing constructive feedback.

Monitoring and documenting student progress at the conclusion of each academic term.
Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive salary ranging from $1300 to $3000, commensurate with qualifications and experience (subject to a 12% tax rate).

Requirements:

Mandatory possession of a bachelor's degree in English or a related discipline.

Requirement for teaching credentials such as CELTA, DELTA, TEFL (120 hours), or TESOL.

Proficient written and verbal English skills (applications from non-native speakers are also encouraged).
